What do I do if I forgot my password?
If you can't remember your password, simply go to the Login Page. From there, click the "Forgot your password?" link and you will be taken to a page where you can either reset your password or have your current password sent to the email account you used to start your account.
Can I change the address for my Artocrats membership?
Absolutely. To change your address, log in to your account and click the "Edit Profile" button to go to your account information page. From this page you will be able to change your address simply by replacing your old address with your new one. Be sure to click the "Save" button!
Be sure to change your address before the month's print is shipped or it may be sent to your old address. If you don't update your address with us prior to an address change, and your order is lost as a result, we will not be able to replace it. Keep your account updated so you get every month's print!
Can I change my username?
If you made a mistake in creating your user account and wound up with a really goofy username, you can Contact Us and we may be able to work something out. Otherwise, you picked it so live with it!
Can I cancel my user account?
Yes. If you want to cancel your user account you will need to Contact Us and provide us with the user name associated with your account. An email will then be sent to the email account you used to create your account.
Please note, if you have purchased a membership and want to cancel your account, no refund will be given. Any remaining prints due to you will be sent to the shipping address you provided.
