However, we are not currently able to process any sales or other transactions between users and artists in relation to the sale of original works of art. So, if you would like to purchase or sell original art, please understand that you, as a user or artist, are taking on full responsibility and liability for all transactions, as well as any losses related to sales, transactions, exchanges or agreements made outside of the Artocrats website.

We highly recommend that in purchasing or selling your original artwork that all cash transactions be made through a trusted online payment system such as Paypal Additionally, all shipping timeframes and terms should be stated and agreed to by all before any payment is made.
